Course Description
This class is a compliment to GED 8145 Introduction to Administrative Licensure. All administrative licensure candidates must complete the Initial Competency Assessment (ICA) referenced in the introductory course and cited in MN Statute 3512.010. Students will assess themselves on their knowledge, experience, and skills for the state established competencies in the licensure area and for diversity leadership. They will then also explore, examine, and create plans for their own growth and development for administrative competency areas, inclusive leadership, cultural competence, and diversity leadership.
