With so many needs teachers have and the various levels of experience that teachers bring to the table how can the secondary literacy coach differentiate teacher learning in an embedded professional development structure? This capstone explored how to differentiate the teacher's needs through an embedded professional development structure and implemented some different types of professional development to give teachers choice and differentiation. This capstone is a study on how to create effective professional development to reach the adult learner and ultimately boost student success.
