Abstract
This project examined the amount and type of correspondence that fully online high school students participated in with their instructor compared to the number of courses they passed. Data was collected during a particular term as communication was closely tracked and documented. At the end of that term the number of courses passed by students was compared with the number of correspondences with their teacher that they participated in. The project was a quantitative study comparing the variables of number of correspondences and number of courses passed. The goal was to determine if increased correspondence correlated with more courses passed by fully online students.
