Abstract
The research issue addressed in this project was how to increase accessibility to technology for students and to increase teachers' use of technology. Students who do not have access to technology motivated the research. The research showed a desire to equilibrate the accessibility to technology among students, this lead to the need to search for funds to do so. The research on increased accessibility of technology for students references teacher training and integration of the technology. The lack of integration of technology in the classroom by teachers has also been associated with the lack of access to technology for students and teachers. Surveys were taken by parents to determine student accessibility to technology and by teachers to determine technology training needs and preferences. The need to increase accessibility and modification of current staff development techniques were confirmed by the surveys.
