Course Description
Demonstrate strategies for teaching science at the secondary level. Incorporate national, state, and local goals for teaching science. Overview processes of science as a discipline; cognitive psychology, and science teaching; as well as models for teaching science and the use of assessment tools and models. This is a graduate level course with graduate level expectaions. Prerequisite: Completion of GED 7867, Theory to Practice with grade of B- or higher.
