Course Description

Build on the principle, "movement is the door to learning," and move toward whole brain learning. Investigate the Dynamic Brain and the role of hemispheric specialization. Identify learning profiles and explore techniques for moving beyond a profile to access whole-brain circuitry. Practice four new balance processes and eight enhanced energy exercises. Prerequisite: EDUC 6232 Smart Moves: Using Brain Gym in Your Classroom. Target audience: educators K-12.
