Course Description
Goals: To understand and apply methods used in economics to analyze the gross domestic product, inflation, money supply and demand , employment levels, exchange rates and economic growth. Content: The course explores theories that explain the behavior of GDP and related variables. Keynesian, monetarist, and other models are studied. Taught: Annually Prerequisites: ECON 1310, ECON 1320, QMBE 1310 or PSY 1340 or MATH 1200, and MATH 1170 (grade of C- or better required for all courses), or consent of the instructor. Credits: 4
