Goals: To introduce the prominent social psychological theories and research relating to social behavior. Content: A survey of classic and contemporary theories in impression formation, person perception, prejudice and stereotyping, interpersonal attraction and relationships, altruism and aggression, conformity and persuasion, and group processes. Taught: Annually Prerequisite: PSY 1330 or equivalent with a grade of C- or better Credits: 4
