Course Description
Goals: The course will meet twice a month to examine the concept of religious vocation the contemporary context as well as broader issues in the formation, history, expression, and study of religion. Content: Writings by religious scholars and others about the nature of vocation, as well as guest speakers from the community and/or the campus (faculty, staff, and/or students) on their work in the field of religion. Taught: Every semester. Required of majors: Two semesters of the junior and/or senior year, although more would be permitted. Only religion majors and minors are eligible to enroll in this course. Credits: 2
