Content: Students study, improvise, and perform music in the jazz and popular idiom, with both vocal and instrumental combos formed from the larger group. Performance opportunities include the annual Swing Dance, high school and college JazzFests, and local venues. Prerequisites: None. Placement auditions at start of term. Credits: 1 or 0
