Course Description
This course focuses on the history of American Foreign involvement and policies in the Middle East from the Early Republic to our times, with a greater emphasis on the 20th centuries. We will examine among others the American involvement with Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Israel, Jordan and Lebanon.
