Course Description
The course will introduce students to identify and assess risk and needs for court-ordered populations and develop community-based interventions and case plans. The populations to be covered include individuals managing severe mental health conditions, neuro-cognitive conditions, developmental disorders, chronic chemical health problems and co-occurring conditions. Prerequisites: CJFS 1120 or PSY 1480. This course counts as an elective for CJ and CCJ majors and minors, and Psychology majors and minors.
