Course Description
Financial institutions affect every aspect of the U.S. economy. This course provides a history of banking laws and regulations in the United States and an overview of the banking system, including federal and state bank charters, capital structure and lending laws. The course examines bank powers and enforcement and the changing legal framework for financial institutions. Every Year Course
