Course Description
Goals: To study the role of the courts in the development of the American Constitution. To introduce students to the “rule of law” concept in Anglo American judicial history. Content: Study of the United States Constitution and U.S. Supreme Court cases on separation of powers, federalism, civil liberties and civil rights. Taught: Annually Credits: 4 credits
