Course Description
Goals: To acquaint students with major parametric and nonparametric statistical techniques. Content: Data organization, simple probability, and sampling distributions; estimation and hypothesis testing; regression and correlation; time series; selected non parametric tests. Prerequisites: None, though a basic understanding of algebra is expected. Credit will not be given for both ECON 1330 and PSY 1340 or ECON 1330 and MATH 1200. Credits: 4 credits
