Fact or Fiction?: Minnesota leads the nation with the highest level of labor force participation of women with children....Fact! This FYSem will explore the role gender plays in the labor market. We’ll examine how educational and occupational choices impact later pay and prospects for advancement. We'll investigate different philosophies of work-life balance and discuss different career trajectories and lifestyle choices that maximize success after college.
