Course Description
Goals: To learn to think strategically. To learn to work effectively on a policy setting management team. To develop knowledge and skills necessary to analyze and resolve formulation and implementation issues. Content: The formulation and implementation of management strategy, utilizing learning from other business courses and insights from business experiences. Prerequisites: ECON 1320, MGMT 3100, MKTG 3100, FIN 3100 (grades of C- or better), and senior standing, or consent of the instructor. Credits: 4
