Course Description
Goals: To provide an overview of the law as it relates to the formation, operation, and completion of business transactions. The course is not only intended to assist the student who plans a career in management, but also the student interested in a legal career. Content: Contracts, sales, secured transactions, commercial paper, and bankruptcy. Prerequisites: MGMT 3100 or LGST 3520 (grades of C- or better), and junior or senior standing. Credits: 4
