Course Description

This course examines human resources, organizational development, structural analysis, and how to promote learning in the school system. Students will utilize decision-making and problem solving methods to focus on roles, responsibilities, and governance of a mission, vision, and values to lead initiatives and communication efforts. The course content will focus on the knowledge, skills and dispositions needed to perform these leadership responsibilities to promote equity and inclusivity in educational organizations.
