Course Description
Intended for persons earning licensure in 5-12 mathematics, this course is designed to prepare teachers who will effectively engage learners. Emphasis is on developmentally appropriate practice for a range of learners in grades 5 through 12, curriculum, content, assessment, national and state standards, lesson and unit planning and curriculum and technology integration. The course includes research-based exploration of critical issues related to the content field.
