Course Description
This course provides students the opportunity to work in teams in partnership with a local organization, applying knowledge and learning accumulated throughout their MBA education to a real-world situation and making recommendations to the business partner. In addition to accomplishing this project, students will gain a better understanding of the formulation and implementation of strategy by learning more about diversified firm strategy, corporate social responsibility, ethics, and sustainability, organizational structure, internal controls and organizational culture.
