Course Description
The content focus of this course is on understanding various developmental frameworks of how K-5 students construct their mathematical knowledge on single and multi-digit number operations, including exploring algebraic properties that underlie the mathematics. Developing instructional strategies, discourse practices, and reflective teaching disposition along with documenting student case studies are core elements threaded throughout this course. Credits: 4
