Course Description
Goals: To produce a capstone independent research product (e.g., paper, web site, media project) that demonstrates the ability to conduct interdisciplinary research and writing in global studies. Content: A focus on the research and writing process, from conceptualization through completion. Students pursue projects on topics of individual interest but share both discussions of the research and writing process and their final products with other students. Taught: Annually, in the fall semester. Prerequisite: Senior standing in global studies or consent of instructor. Credits: 4
