Course Description
In this course, students will learn about the multiple fields that a Hamline physics degree prepares them for. Much of the focus will be on the wide range of engineering disciplines available, and what students should do to best prepare for each. This will include having students explore what jobs each type of engineer might do, and what companies, both locally and globally, hire such engineers. Prerequisite: MATH 1170 Note that you must also enroll in Calculus I (MATH 1170), or transfer it in, if you enroll in this First-year Seminar.
