Course Description
Goals: This course will help students examine the fundamental concepts of biomechanics and human movement essential for understanding injury prevention, rehabilitation, physical performance, and more. Content: Topics covered in this class will be system motion, interactions of forces, linear and angular kinematics, linear and angular kinetics, balance and stability, biological materials, injury prevention, work, power, and energy, and models for performance.
