This course examines organizations that educate: their structures and processes, cultures, management of change processes, productivity and effectiveness issues, their place in society, and organizational development techniques and theories. Participants will explore the implications of social, cultural, and racial demographic changes on historically Eurocentric thinking about organizations. This exploration offers opportunities to rethink these social constructions. Credits: 4
