Course Description
Examines constitutional interpretation of the speech clause of the first amendment, the free exercise and establishment clauses of the first amendment, and the equal protection clause of the fourteenth amendment. The content of this course is tested on the bar exam in a majority of states. Prerequisite: Constitutional Law I Every Year Course
