Abstract
The research examined for this capstone project was around how teacher collaboration can impact the outcomes for all students within an elementary school setting. Through careful examination of a multitude of resources published by experts in the field emerged a collaboration toolkit website. The collaboration toolkit website is deliberately designed to be user-friendly and contains a collection of resources to support districts, schools, and teacher teams as they navigate the development and improvement of collaborative teaching practices. Included in this toolkit are customizable tools that support collaborative planning and instruction as well as professional development resources to guide the implementation of teacher collaboration. The goal of the collaboration toolkit website is to foster the use of collaborative practices amoungst classroom, English language, and special education teachers as they strive to meet the diverse needs of kindergarten through fifth grade students within inclusive school environments.
