Abstract
The focus of this capstone is on implementing a Response to Intervention (RtI) framework in an elementary setting. RtI refers to a tiered framework of services in which research and evidence based instruction is matched to the data-based needs of students. Implementing this framework is often a paradigm shift and requires collaboration and consistency among programs. In order maintain this framework after initial implementation, many factors have to be considered. In this capstone I state the implications along with recommended solutions that address specific need areas.
