Abstract
The research question stated above was also the main question for studying about how to better motivate all high school aged students. The process was to learn how to better prepare students to be successful and to intent on giving resources to educators who would like to improve student learning. It documents student and teacher patterns and motivational styles to improve on student achievement. Most of the research concludes with students and educators not seeing exactly eye to eye. It shows both data and gives advice on where to look for further studies on gender and how it affects student motivation.
