Abstract
This project examines the impact that extracurricular activities have on student achievement, participation and school wide involvement. The study looked at student surveys that asked students involved with extracurricular activities how they see their involvement with extracurricular activities impacting their life. Results indicated that students see their involvement as a positive contributor to success in school. Students that participate in any type of school activity have a positive connection towards the development of a student and school relationship. Indicators at getting more students involved revolved around parents, peers and school staff.
