Abstract
The research questions addressed were, how are nonformal environmental educators in Wisconsin trained for their work? How do they improve upon their skill sets throughout their careers? What professional development opportunities are they interested in? Prior research was used as a basis for a survey that collected information from 189 EE practitioners in Wisconsin. A profile of nonformal EE practitioners in Wisconsin was created and professional development interests were examined.
