Abstract
This study explores the subjectivity of runoff in Willmar, MN using Q-Methodology. Included in the study are one hundred thirty-three students of all abilities and backgrounds from Willmar, MN. The subjects sorted fifty statements describing a variety of subjectivities. Conclusions from the study include three factors. The first factor results showed that runoff is an issue and focused on keeping pollution out our water. The second factor results showed that the government is responsible for runoff and it is not personally affecting them. Factor three subjects reported that runoff is not an issue, and no one is responsible and no action needs to be taken to prevent it.
