Abstract
The researcher conducted a survey of Minnesota Community Supported Agriculture farms. Farm owners and operators were asked to complete a survey with questions ranging from demographics to specifics about each farm, to marketing practices. The author evaluates the survey results following a summary of the history of Community Supported Agriculture operations. Results show that Minnesota’s CSA community is robust and diverse in its offerings - preferring above all else, face-to-face communication to support farm activities.
