Course Description
Examine purposeful and predictable structures of writing conferences. Discuss the roles of teacher and student in the writing conference. Learn ways to respond effectively to student writing. Analyze conversations with students during writing workshop. Develop management systems to support conferring. NOTE: Can be used toward Certificate in Writing.
