Course Description
This class immediately follows Introduction to Administrative Licensure. All administrative licensure candidates must complete the Initial Competency Assessment (ICA) addressed in the introductory course. Students self-assess of their knowledge, experience, and skills for the state established competencies in the licensure area. They will also explore, examine, and create plans for their own growth and development in administrative competency areas, with focus on collaborative leadership, cultural competence, and diversity leadership.
