Course Description
Content: Musical experience for woodwind, brass, and percussion players through rehearsal and performance of original wind band literature as well as quality transcriptions. Repertoire covers three centuries. Ensemble experience includes small chamber ensembles (3 to 10 players) of like instrumentation, mixed instrumentation, and sectional choirs. Prerequisites: None. Placement auditions at start of term. Credits: 1 or 0
