Course covers the practical framework, including a concurrent technology lab, by which the eDiscovery process meets its objectives. Students will learn to: • Identify e-Discovery process participants and their roles and responsibilities. • Articulate with detail the core phases of the e-Discovery process and the types and purpose of key technology types and other resources available to support the process.
