Course Description
Review current, research-based urban education theories. Reflect on how to apply these theories in the classroom and incorporate them into everyday classroom strategies. This introductory course will assist the teacher in examining urban and cultural implications for teaching. Target audience: educators P-12. NOTE: This course is required for completion of the Urban Education Certificate.
