Frameworks for Inquiry B
Academic Term and Year
The major aim of this course is to develop and extend critical habits of mind via inquiry. It surveys the qualitative and quantitative research paradigms. Both paradigms require habits of mind that include: making sense of competing paradigms; framing research questions; respecting data over prejudices; and judging whether conclusions are supported by evidence. This course continues the study of research designs and methods from both paradigms. Credits: 2
