Topics and time periods covered vary from year to year. Recent examples: European History from the Renaissance to the French Revolution; European History since the French Revolution. Goals: To understand the key developments that shaped Europe from the Renaissance to the present. Content: Various topics such as the reformations, changes in theories and forms of governments, industrialization, revolutions, and world wars. Taught: Annually.
