Course Description
This component of Module 1 will help students develop two distinct sets of skills that will help them become leaders: self-leadership and team building. Students will engage in deliberate practice to build their presentation skills and ability to give peer feedback. They will also complete complete assessments of their conflict style and preferred team role and reflect on their leadership journey to date.
