Abstract

The research question addressed in this project was how can music be used to support classroom instruction? A key influence for this capstone was the author's experience as a teacher who frequently integrated music into the instruction with positive results. The capstone details ways that surveyed teachers have effectively used music to help their students in the learning process. The author documents the teachers' use of music through questionnaire results that explain how teachers use music and to what effects.
