Abstract
This capstone focuses on two important elements: The value to adult ESL learners of being comfortable and familiar with computer technology and the value to teachers of having an online, long-term, supportive training on implementing and integrating computer technology. It describes one teacher's experience in creating and leading a four-week online discussion and training on computer technology. The advantages to having the training online are that time and space are no longer a barrier to accessing information. Teachers have the option to participate anywhere and at any time as long as they have access to a computer and the Internet. The results of this project were very positive and supportive toward future programs of this sort.
