Abstract
This study expands previous research on whether the use of student response systems, or clickers, increases student test scores on high stake tests like the AP European History multiple choice test. By subdividing clicker use into its three component parts (questions, clicker use, and histograms) and comparing test results from each to a standard lecture control group, the statistics generated support the hypothesis that clicker use does increase multiple choice test scores, but only when all three components are present.
