Abstract

This Capstone examines the benefits of collaboration and reflection through the use of an online weblog. Teacher to Teacher was created to provide middle school Language Arts teachers the opportunity to collaborate with each other by sharing documents, to reflect by blogging with other teachers, and to utilize the benefits of technology in daily planning. Data was analyzed to see how Teacher to Teacher could foster collaboration and reflective practice among its members. The appendix includes pages of our weblog and examples of how a teacher could benefit from using the weblog Teacher to Teacher.
